MHM manages the rental services for The Village Lodge, where 3-bedroom suites boast average gross rental revenues of $127,392 per year. MHM charges a 30% management fee which includes complete property management, front desk and concierge service, maintenance, housekeeping, airport shuttle service, a $10 million marketing and sales campaign, and replacement of lost/broken/worn dishware, glassware, cookware, linens, robes, towels, etc.
Floor Plans:
The Villas are duplex-style townhomes, with 3 stories and attached garages. There are two floorplans available, offering 3 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms and 3bathrooms.
The first and second stories of both floorplans are the same:
First Floor – 1 Bedroom | 1 Bath | 2-Car Tandem Garage
Second Floor – Living Room | Dining Room | Kitchen
The third story comes with the option of 2 or 3 bedrooms:

Pricing and Sales Process:

The remaining homes will be sold during a selection event to be held in February, 2020. For an opportunity to purchase during this selection event, buyers can put in a reservation with a refundable $20,000 deposit.
The HOA dues for the Villas at Obsidian are $568/month and will include maintaining all common areas, landscaping, snow removal, patios and more. The membership to the clubhouse and its amenities is optional for $300/month.
