So what is going on for New Year’s Eve in Mammoth Lakes?

Mammoth Lakes typically has a variety of options for adults which generally include music and entertainment with the local eating and drinking establishments.   Most of these venues have a fee associated with them and often include dinner and/or drinks.

Mammoth Rock N Bowl is offering a special food menu, a bar, and of course bowling into the late hours.

For those looking for outdoor family fun , the Village at Mammoth is generally the best spot.  The Village often has the village gondola running to Canyon Lodge allowing passengers a view of the local area and surrounding mountains.  Additionally, the village is a hot spot for food, hot drinks and outdoor entertainment such as live, or DJ, music.   Events for 2015 include:

3:30pm  –  5:30pm  –   D.J. Music in the Events Plaza

4:30pm  –  9:30pm –  Live performers including jugglers and magicians

6:00  –  9:00pm  –  Free Concert in the Events Plaza

9:15pm  – Fireworks in the plaza area.  It’s an early fireworks show, early enough that children can enjoy the New Years along with family.

For the 21+ crowd, there is always the New Year’s Eve at Canyon.  December 31, 2014

9:00pm -12:00pm Canyon Lodge

This years entertainment will include Robert DeLong, Frani Chan and Cyndicate.   Not bad for a New Year in Mammoth Lakes

How about New Years Eve at the Red Lantern, formerly one of the busiest night clubs in Mammoth Lakes.  Rumor has it #Seal, #BabyFace, and possibly #Pink may be in the house.  Of course this is just rumor!
