  • Priced far below replacement costs
  • Liquor License and FFE included in Sale

Year Built: The improvements appear to have been originally completed in 1973 (per Assessor), however additions have been made to the property over the years, lowering its effective age.

Lot dimensions: According the Mono County Assessors Map the property has 110’ feet of frontage along Highway 158 under its current mapping. This said, a sale of the subject is conditional upon the southern portion of the property being separated from the current parcel. The purpose of this is to remove the northern portion of Ernie’s tackle shop to the south (and its respective parking), from the sale of the Sierra Inn Restaurant.  The image to the right is an approximation and a final lot line adjustment is to be determined through agreement between a buyer and seller.
