June Lake Real Estate Trends as of March 3, 2020

 

Single Family Homes

As of December 31, 2020, the year-end median single-family home price in June Lake was up down 19.55% vs. the median price observed 2018.  The median price for a single-family home in 2019 was $535,000; based on a total of 14 sales.   Median single-family home prices are nearly back to the peak observed in 2007, with 2018 having exceed the peak observed in 2007. There has been only one sale year to date and that closed escrow at $335,000.  The year to date data set is too small to offer any rational trending.

Condominiums

Median condominium prices in June Lake declined dramatically from 2007 to 2011 with prices having spiked from 2012 to 2015.  The overall market in Mono County saw price declines starting in 2007 with a bottoming of market pricing around 2011, and gradual increases through 2019.

Prices per square foot in the June Lake have remained somewhat consistent over the past 10 years, however prices per lot have realized slight increased over the past 10 years.
