Real Estate in Mammoth Lakes for the 3rd Quarter of 2016

Real estate market prices for 2016 are maintaining a consistent trend. As of October 1, 2016 the median price for a condominium in Mammoth Lakes was $285,000, this is 7.6% lower than the median price for 2015.

Single family homes are fairing about the same in that the median price for a re-sale home in Mammoth Lakes is about 7.5% lower than 2015 figures. If we were to look at all the home sales, not just the re-sales, but new homes too… the decline is about 10%. This is largely attributed to a strong 2015.
