Single family homes are performing better during the first quarter of 2018 than they did during all 2017.  With 16 sales in the first quarter, the set of data is getting large enough to make the trends more reliable.

Median home prices are $870,000 with an average days on market of 207 days. Median prices year to date are up 12%.

Median Condo Prices Mammoth Lakes

Condominiums are also performing well, with the median price up nearly 9%, year to date.

As of April 1, 2018 there were 87 condominium sales in Mammoth Lakes and the average days on the market was only 76 days.
