Real Estate Market Report for Mammoth Lakes as of October 2018

As of October 1^st, 2018, the year-to-date median single-family home price reflected gains of 21% over 2017 median prices.  The Year-To-Date median price for a single-family home in Mammoth Lakes was $940,000, which is an increase of approximately 4% from just two month prior.  The total number of sales is pacing 14% lower than seen in 2017 and the average time a home spends on the market is 180 days.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As of October 1, 2018, the condominium market had shown gains of 12% over 2017’s median price. The median price for a condominium in Mammoth Lakes was $394,000.  This is based on a total of 264 sales.  Like single family homes, the total number of sales is pacing lower by 14% in comparison to 2017 figures.
