Mountainside is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) located at 413 Rainbow Lane in Mammoth Lakes. There are a total of 16 homes within the project, and all built by JWH Homes. Because these homes are legally PUDs, they are considered homes and should not be confused with condominiums.
This project does have a Home Owners Association (HOA) with Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs). The main areas covered by the HOA are the exteriors of the homes, driveways, roofs, trash, water, and sewer.
The first homes are expected to close escrow in May of 2019, with the remaining units to follow throughout the year.
Mountainside is located in the highly desirable “Mammoth Slopes” neighborhood of Mammoth Lakes, a prime location for nightly rentals.
