Real Estate Market Trends for Mammoth Lakes as of March 2017 are a mixed bag successes.
The single family home market is displaying some downward trending when compared to 2016, with year-to-date median prices at $612,250, this is a -15% change from the median price found last year. This said, there have only been 8 single family home sales thus far in 2017, giving us minimal data to create a strong comparison.
The Condominium market is fairing much better with median prices year-to-date 2017 at 
$296,500. This is an 8% increase over 2016’s median price with 43 sales used in the data set.
