Skiing in Mammoth Lakes is absolutely Amazing!

This past weekend was President’s Day Weekend and I was fortunate enough to have had a couple of days off in order to take advantage the incredible snow conditions. Not only were the conditions great but the few hours on the slopes was just what the doctor ordered to recharge my batteries.

Most of the mountain was groomed or soft moguls while the upper mountain was covered with plenty of soft powder; it was a pleasant surprise. Having not been up as much as I should have this season, I found my legs to be out of shape and my lungs on fire, but it was a good hurt! Here is an 11 second video of the conditions: Click Here

At the end of the day I found myself at “The Mill” restaurant and outdoor bar enjoying a beer until I caught the last chair home. Best part of it all, my drinks were on Mammoth Mountain as I took advantage of their free $60 gift card for pass holders. More info on The Mill
